The non-alcoholic beer of mild and subtle taste with a pronounced bitterness of hops, produced by using all the ingredients of traditional beer: hops, malt, water, and yeast. The key to the recipe for Kalnapilis Nealkoholinis beer is special yeast, which creates a normal fermentation process for beer, but, unlike in the production of regular beer, do not produce alcohol.
